Default Parts #?

I need parts numbers for the F41 swaybars on the 00+ Bonneville and for the same on the 97+ Park Ave Ultra.
Failing that, could someone measure a swaybar for me so I can make a comparison?
I'm looking to upgrade to the swaybars from the GXP, and I want to make sure they're the same size.

I figure the GXP struts/springs might be a little soft for the bigger car, so I'll get adjustable coilovers, but the swaybar would be a big upgrade.

FE2 and F41 swaybars are 32mm Front and 21mm Rear.

Here'* a decent thread that discusses the swaybar/suspension upgrade:

OH! Learning something new again...

So tell us Pat, what is special about the FE5 suspension? How does it differ from the FE2 and F41 suspensions?

Yeah I know the GXP is another step up the ladder from the SSEi suspension-wise, that'* why I'm upgrading.
Now, my PA has the F41, and the 00+ shares the suspension. What'* the equivalent suspension for the 00+ cars if they don't have the F41?

The GXP has the suspension package desination FE5 It is exclusive to the GXP. No other GM model carries this package.

The following description is straight from Kurt Fisher. He was the GXP Program Engineering manager at GM.

Advanced suspension components are custom engineered for the Bonneville GXP, the suspension system more closely resembles a Le Mans racer than a production vehicle. More than 1,000 hours were spent modeling, testing and refining the balance of the components to create a superior ride with a true performance feel.

Structural rigidity was increased through the use of a tower-to-tower brace and a specially dampened engine cradle mounting package. Performance-tuned DeCarbon monotube dampeners, progressive spring rates and large diameter (30-mm front, 22-mm rear) stabilizer bars allow the Bonneville GXP to provide both excellent driver feedback and a smooth, compliant ride.

We really put a lot of work into making the Bonneville GXP perform like a sports car but handle like a premium touring sedan. You can drive it aggressively, it'* made to handle the twists and turns of the road.

So, there will be no swapping of the GXP suspension parts into any other Pontiacs, I guess. :?
