Do you really, really need another paint job? The 96-99 paints are very nice and shiney. Even now the paint still looks good on them. I would try getting a nice wax and buff job. If it still looks dull then paint it.

The body shop I have gone to twice in the past is one of the more pricey ones here...since it'* part of the dealership. I asked roughly if he could mix up some extra paint for me since I was going to fix my rust myself. He discouraged me from having them mix some paint for me. I don't know why he did, but anyway, he said it would be ~$120 for a pint of paint.
I was like WTF!!! I don't know, maybe he said that so I would not bother and let them fix my rust so they'd get more of my money. But if he WAS serious and a pint costs $120 there, they are ucking RIPOFFS!!!

i think if i do it this winter i will add a little surprise to it...hehe...only 1 person knows what im talkin bout...im gunna check some places...where would be good places to check?
