I am replacing the padding in my Bonnie due to water damage, I would like input on which would be best:

# 1 is the obvious choice. Each of the foil back products will do the best for keeping heat/cpld at bay. But I would go with the non-fiberglass padding. The foil itself is 97% reflective so the extra R value of fiberglass padding isnt worth the lung damage and irritation. There is also some nice metal foiled foam padding material out there. My Custom Shop where the Venom was built up uses it exclusively.
