Bill, that diagram was for a 93 not a 95. I can't seem to find the 95 diagram. At least I dont have it in a digital format.

Oh....we're talking about a 95......and that silver box has suspicious looking yellow connectors on it. Any labels? That does look like airbag stuff.

yes it had labels on it...dont remember what they were, and i dont have my car in possession to rip it apart either

If it turns out to be the case, i think there is a 95 SE in the Junkyard in Binghamton. If I have time when I am home this weekend, I might try and stop. if you have concluded this by sat morning and need that, I can see if it is there and pick it up.

ill wait for someone to confirm this, but as of now, go for it! hopefully se'* and ssei'* have the same system. you will have to take the seat and a bunch of trim out to get the carpet back.
