We didn't replace anyone. Had a discussion about maybe adding another person, and he was the logical choice. It didn't take much pressure. Andrew has been a contributing member of the Staff for a long time. He knows the in'* and out'* very well, and isn't a noob at this by any stretch of the imagination.
