yeah when a semi tire blows...you better stay clear..it'* like one of those alies for the movie "alien" jumping through your windshield and sitting next to you!!!!!

I also seen a car explode in the mall parking lot...lucky it was by itself out in the lot with no one around or in it....that was crazy.

Well, looks like either way im out a couple of bucks,Insurance says it was a no fault accident ,I have to pay the first $250 on the deductable ,or get the rad replaced myself.Basically what they told me is, it wasnt the guys fault his car blew up and you where at the wrong place at the wrong time :?.Well that sucks,I was just going to shell out and upgrade to a amd 939socket and a 64-3500 with the money I had saved, gonna have to wait a little now .From now on im driving about 500 miles behind vehicles infont of me on highways, especially ford tempo'*

What?? That'* crazy... his car blew up and damaged yours... his insurance should pay.

I know up here if a piece of a car falls off and hits another car, and you can prove it came from car A.... then car A has to pay for the damage.
I guess instead of "falling off" "exploding" is different... but still very close.

I'd be fighting it.... but that'* my 2cents....

I argued for awhile and gave the tempo driver'* insurance info to my insurance people and they stressed that no fault verdict would come into play :? .

I'd fight it. There is no way in hell i'd pay for something when the insurance shoud. Unless the cost is less than the deductable, then i'd just suck it up.

What?! Thats a load of BS!!
Basically what they told me is, it wasnt the guys fault his car blew up and you where at the wrong place at the wrong time
Correct me if I'm wrong but, are not insurance companies here to take care of this exact type of thing?
I'd switch providers if they told me something like that.

The joys of no fault insurance here in Ontario, LOL. Well look at the bright side. One less ford driving around Ottawa, LMFAO.

All I can say is that it sux you are in a "No Fault" state! Here in MS they lay blame one way or another. I know that Alabama has a law that if you did anything to contribute to the loss you will be charged a percentage of the blame.

Note to anyone that travels: You also have to be careful if you are travelling from state to state because the rules of the state that you have an accident in will apply to you also.

Car insurance is a joke......If they aren't gonna cover the "Unthinkable" and "Incidental" like they should, and why you pay them money, then I'd tell that company to go pack sand. Or just don't carry insurance (J/K!!!! DON'T DO THAT!!!)

I just might have to do that. It seems that the ins. doesnt actually help in this situation.
Like you said earlier, auto ins. is a joke.
