im a big fan of castrol oils, they are the only thing that would quiet the lifters in my old 3100 buick.

I use Castrol Syntec in my Maxima and Castrol GTX in the wifes truck

i use 10w-30 mobile 1 full syn for high mileage (10w-30) states that on the cap for oil. the last time i used 5w-30 my oil pressure read really low but stays normal with 10w-30

ok thanks everyone i think im gonna go with 10w30 mobil1 synthetic high mileage. i already got 180k+ on my car

Counting I have a 97 SE myself with 197,000+ miles, I usually run Castrol GTX High Mileage. It comes in full synthetic. Thats what I use.
