It was their risk and (apparently) their loss. They can huff 'n' puff all they want, but unless you get an actual court summons (small-claims court for a dispute like this, I would think), I see no need for a lawyer on your side.
As you did not sign anything, I see no obligation on your part. This means, for example, they could not sic a collection agency on you as there was no written agreement to pay anything in the first place (and still isn't, I hope!). If they got a court judgement against you, then that could go to collections, but not before.
Stand your ground. If they actually summons you to court, _then_ you should probably get a lawyer (or talk to one now, if it will make you feel better), but before that happens, I don't believe you have anything to really worry about.
If you're still concerned, give us a more detailed account of what happened...

I think this is entirely possible.....

Were you out just having fun taking test drives all day.... or were you actually looking to purchase one of these cars?

He was screwing around of course, i suggested the damage might already be there before, like one of them trashed it to get lunch for everyone, so they let some damn kid drive it. I think Boat is driving way too nice of cars for his experience personally, no offense man but you shouldn't be driving that, specially when you don't know how to drive a stick, and you still don't now no matter how much you say.

He'* driven manual bikes. Which arn't far off. So I don't see why that is a major problem. Thats how my friend learned before he got his first car.

Manual Bikes, and Manual cars are both completely different. One'* sequential, and one isn't, one requires feathering the clutch well, one doesn,t. You learn how to control RPMs and stuff, but you don't learn gear gates, and clutch tendancies. I don't think anyone should be driving a car they don't know 130 imho. Nothing against doing it, but do what you know, don't over drive your abilities.

well
More then half my vehicles are manual. I can understand how he could rev the **** out of it accedently. :P
I believe it was the dealers fault that they let him take it without knowing his age.
Also was your legal gardian (mother in this case) in the vehicle with you?
