actually I really enjoy washing and waxing.... I like making the cars look as good as they can, plus I can have a few beers and relax while doing it

actually I really enjoy washing and waxing....
I did too but black on a DD really is a pain. I wash every few days, wax every few weeks. The more in depth I get into detailing the more money/time gets spent. I am now looking at buying my own Makita rotary and a UDM to achieve perfection. It never ends with black... It is completely worth it though IMO as there are few colors that can touch black with a perfect detail.

I agree... Sun spots suck! Wash, clay bar, and wax. I'm happy with the results.
