OEM Brake Pad Brand
What is the brand of OEM brake pads in the 00+ models? I need to replace the front pads but dont have the money to change the rotors and get the raybestos ones for my car at the moment (gotta do the rockers!) so I thought i would just put a set of OEMs on. jAny cheap brands to stay away from? Thoughts?

Thanks for the info. I'll look for Delco'* although these are only going to be on it for another couple months (I wonder if I can strech the life on my current pads, although they are at about 80% worn). Any ideas on price?

I remember the stock pads on my car were light grey....
I replaced mine with carbon-metallic when they wore out. I have used carbon-metallic a few times. They are a charcoal color.
I have used the black kind (aren't those semi-metallic?) before, and they left a mess on my wheels.

Posts like a Ricer Type-R
But which one?
Not sure which pad it is. That'* what the package said when I bought my ceramics. Not sure when they got the contract, either. It may be recent.

I have the Raybestos "quiet stop" pads on my riviera but they're not so quiet. They squealed after the first 20 miles. :( Every pad I put on this car squeals like a **** and I cannot figure out why either. It drives me nuts. :?
The 'quiet stops' seem to be great pads though, they stop very well..
