ok all of the wires that you said should have 12v going to them do. the i/p fuse box is the one under the drivers side right? cause all of those are good and the radio does turn on. i checked the fuse in the relay center and it was good too. i listened for the click noise and it does make a click noise when the radio is turned off. the noise comes from around the radio area.
