O2 sensor and hooking up a A/F ratio gauge

Simple question I have...
does anyone know which color wire from the 02 sensor is the signal wire. I looked in my Chilton Manual and cannot figure out which one is the signal wire.

some one with a 99 FSM hook him up....I tapped into the wire that comes into the PCM
