I purchased a 2.5 inch pulley back in Sept from a forum member here and still have not recieved it from the person. After settling the paypal problem we had week or two after the purchase, I FINALLY got a hold of this person on thier cell phone and he told me "My wife shipped it out last weekend". Well, it'* been a couple more weeks and still no pulley. I email this person and I get told "I'm out of state working on a project for work". Well, if you're not going to be around to ensure a proper transaction for goods, why in the heck would you even offer it for sale in the first place? AS you can tell I'm a bit ticked...
