No Records Found on VIN

I'm looking at a 1999 ... It has what appears to have DexCool in the overflow; the oil looks clean (but smells like gas?), and I have all of the # off the catalyst sticker and spare tire cover .

Why is this vehicle coming back on a history search with NO records?

It appears to be an SE; 77929 miles for $6000 asking... NOT what I want, but maybe something to get me by until I find my SSE/SSEI...

Help, anyone?

Is it possible that you're mistaking a letter O for a zero somewhere in the VIN, or a letter I for a one?
