Default The next Bonneville G8 guessing game...

I did this today and thought this would be nice if they did another FWD G-Body... Would they build it? Could they? Would they sell it? Would a 6.0L fit in a FWD transverse mounted engine bay? Heres the image enjoy and tell me what you think! Click it to make it larger!

No. Please. No. That'* blasphemy. If GM decides on FWD for any future large car with something like a 6.0 V8, it'll run a huuuuge risk of flopping.

Need something other than the 3800.

they will not give it a LS2 because that would step on Cadallacs toes (think CTV). It will not have the 3800 either. It will probably be the 3.9 VVT and the LS4 (5.3L). There is a possibility it would be RWD, if you really want to know about it go check out http://www.gminsidenews.com/.

They COULD sell that car but they wont.

Well swap it to rear wheel! And oh by the way I want to get a drawing of it... Ok so make it the 5.3L DOD! If its FWD there is a market look at the new Avalon (ugly) but they like 'em! BUILD ME ONE!

I don't think highly of the Avalon (because it'* FWD), but eh.

I see well there is a market, they just have to get a winning formula! And it includes a 3800! Or maybe a Northstar or LS4!

it will probably be RWD to compete with the 300C. Pontiac has the Grand prix to compete in the FWD market.
