Ok, mine aren't brand new guys, I didn't choose them . My mom helped my Grandpa choose a new car(he ended up with a silver Chevy HHR) so we swaped tires off his Windstar. So I didn't choose them but they only have about 2,500 miles on them so far. So they're almost new! My mom bought them for him for his bday last year, so she knew the quality of them, and wanted me to have them instead of trading the van in with those tires still on it. I love the smooth ride. I let Chad drive last night to see if he could tell but he doesn't drive my car enough to tell.

Those tires look nice enough to me and should last you a good long time to boot! I used Kelly tires when I was in Michigan for my wife'* little car she used to have. The Kellys gave it a better grip during snow season.

Get those weights off and clean those black marks off of those wheels.
If you ask most places will balance to the indside of the wheel

Isn't the factory tire size for 16" wheels 215/60R16? Yours are 215/55R16, so your tires have a lower aspect ratio, and a corresponding smaller total diameter, so your speedometer will be slightly off.
