It'* all about proof reading. When I had my ISP business the phone company put the wrong phone number in the yellow pages on a full page add. Was not happy. Another advertising company made up a big sign for a hockey rink and I OKed the graphics and they messed it up and put world web instead of world wide web. Their like, what'* the difference, it'* OK. No, it'* not, pull it down are make a new one.
