I don't understand why they would include the series III with GP and not Bonneville. WAZ UP WIT DAT !?!?!? I thought our Bonnies were the flagship of Pontiac

I thought so to and I think in the GX/P concept car the motor is in there but at the same time Bonneviles are the last of the Pontiac division to get any changes anyway.

That just sucks... the GXP although would be nice.. still doesn't do much for me... they esthatically look identical to everyone one of them.. I know a lot of the work is done under the skin.. ( I.e. cross drilled rotors, 1 1/2 inch dropped... yadda yadda yadda ).
I have a hard time now destinguishing between model trims nowadays.... take the GP for example... not much difference between the SE and GT appearance.. I've seen a lot of people buying the skirt kit with their new SE and it looks identical to the GT ( but without the badge and the higher insurance cost )

True. For the GP'* I knew a lot of people that thought they were getting a Gt actually got the SE by mistake when I specifically told them to look for these major parts of the car just to make sure you didn't get the SE and that was watch the front bumper under the car if its a grey/graphite color its a GT, if the Back has Duals it * a GT or GTP if the side of coarse has the ground effects and has GRAND PRIX GT self explanatory and if you get a 2-door even though now they are discontinued then its a GT or GTP. I have to still remind them that you can't just go by the front grille anymore.

I've driven a 2001, and i've test driven several 2002s. I find them small, crampy, loud, and the steering turns to easy and is sloppy. In all of them.

Plus 90% of the people who own them seem to think they are king **** for having the 3800 and they are a little lighter, and SLIGHTLY faster, not stopping to think that the Bonneville had the 3800 since 1988 (10 years BEFORE THEM!!) AND IS $10K MORE!!

OOOOH i hate those cars!!

No, I'll take my Bonneville over a Grand Prix any day.

I disagree with the steering unless after '99 they did a dramatic change in them. My aunts it tight and goes with the turn and the accelorator is harder than mine. My steering wheel is much looser than hers and it kinda scare me but at the same time has that luxury feel to it. Luxury with attitude, go figure.
