Its against the law to ride with the underglow neon lights, aint it? and if you do ride like that, at least have the foggers on with the parking lights. Might get away with that.

it'* 35 per bulb and theres 4 so 140 + the towing of your car r pulling the bulbs in front of the police officer. but around here they give you a warning and just to have them on when parked. but the ticket usually holds to 250

i can drive by the cops in my city (mom is a dispatcher) but the reason i get away is because they know i don't start trouble and know my mom would kill me if i did something that wasn't up to par. but if i go out of town automatic pull over.
