17" 5-spoke cast aluminum, chrome (N89)
This information directly from the '03 Bonneville brochure. These wheels were optional on the SLE, SSEi trim levels for 2003 Bonnevilles. I believe the 2002'* had the exact same.

its not even chrome. Its high polished.

I've taken a real good look at mine. I'm pretty sure that'* a chrome plating.You can see the edges of it.

They are chrome plated, there'* no doubt about it.
