I'm new to the board so take it easy on me. I found today a 2001 Bonne SSEi with 77k for under $9k. What do you think of the price? What should I look for and what questions should I ask? I'm going in tomorrow morning to look again, so any advice with the next couple of hours would be appreciated.

As far as the value of the car, your best bet is to look up the value on www.kbb.com or www.edmunds.com since it varies by location of the country. From what I've seen around here, that'* a good price.

Lol.... he does too... so questions to ask... ask them give you a carfax on it to see if its ever been wrecked. Look for signs of water damage (in case it is a Katrina car). Check out the windows to make sure they are all working. Check the oil by removing the cap and look for signs of coolant contamination. Coolant level, of course. TIres...check for even wear.

Added as in an aftermarket cd changer, right? Do you know what brand, perchance? The stock changer in these cars are 12 disk, if so equipped.

Yes, it is an aftermarket.....Prestige 10 cd changer......
