You guys are right...

Ted..you nailed it..same one.

John sent me the two posts and the main piece. I pulled out the old JB Weld for the repair and filling of that hole that was left. Then sanded it down. Honestly..I'm not 100% happy..but that'll happen once it turns glossish with paint. Then I topped it off with Adhesion Promoter, Texture, and Graphite Flexible Paint. It'* left the building on the way back to John as of 8pm.

John..when you get it..it will be fully cured and ready to go. Don't scrrew it in super tight... go tight enough to hold and keep it in place when you are moving the controls. No need to torque to 100 ft lbs.

yeah the mount points on the seat are a bit moveable i guess so maybe it won't break this time...

you mean the torque spec for this is not 94500 ft/lb? thats what I had it at before...hmm...

maybe i should add a decimal...9.4500 ft/lb...better? haha

YAY, its finally on! It fits perfectly, strong as heck and looks AMAZING! No longer a trashy looking hangy seat control....it now has a new friend....Bezel.

Here are a couple pics of it and just an updated pic of the car...all as of 5 minutes ago.

Oh yeah, and for all you guys who look at every pixel of every picture, the brown on the carpet is dried spilled cappuccino...yeah its hard to get out...i will work on it today though.

yeah they seem very susceptible to breaking off because they are in a place where people commonly kick the front of the seat when getting in...
