If the PCM requests the Fans on, the PCM should flip the Low or High speed relay depending on the Operating temps at the given time... Update on Traction Control issue...yesterday I let the car idle in gear for about 20 mins, no movement at all...and no traction off light :? So it looks like it very well might be wheel speed sensor related. I now need to find out if the WSS'* are directly or indirectly tied into the TC circuit (i.e. "WSS-ABS Computer-TC computer" signal flow).

Thanks for the link Boosty! Now then, after looking at the above diagrams, and looking through the FSMs I have (particularly 6e3-a-9 in the 93 FSM book 2), could I *trick* the ECM into thinking the AC is on by splicing a switch at the A/C request line, diode it, and place it between the pcm and the pressure cycling switch? This way, both fans go on instead of just using the high-speed.
