LMAO......HAAHHHAA
I'll get someone to delete them....hehehehe |
Yup, like Will stated -that's drag slicks melted, and spun up onto your rockers and wheel wells.
For tires I'd love to suggest Bridgestone Turanza LS-H's (or LS-V or Z's). I put new 235/60/16 Turanza's on my 1998 SSE one week before I sold it -they are spendy ($126 apiece from www.Tirerack.com), but I couldn't believe the ride (handling, traction (dry, wet, and icy), and cornering). https://www.tirerack.com/images/tire...sh_vz_1000.jpg |
Your tread is ok. You're not getting 1.x 60's on those anytime soon, but for spring thru fall you'll be more then ok.
You must not have seen my tires (i've since replaced the fronts).... |
look into getting an alignment if the outer edge is the only edge that looks like that....if the inside edge looks the same way then its 1 of 2 things you need to put some air in those tires....or you need to slow down a bit more for those corners......and ive said it before and ill say it again, Kuhmo KH-11s are the best kept secret in the tire industry, almost the exact same tread as the Michelin Pilot Primacy tire that comes on M5s but 1/4 the price.....But I dont suggest snow driving on them...so keep the BFGs for the white stuff.....BTW that Bridgestone tire that was in the previous post keep away from it if you plan on driving really aggressivly as they are proven to be not as effective in cornering (strictly from a sidewall firmness standpoint) than the BFG Tractions you have now. Ive done a ride and drive on the Dunlop SP A2 that Bridgestone LH and the Traction T/As and BOY could you tell a difference in the handling and stability between the 3 (BFG was best followed closely by the Dunlop which had better progressivity but didnt stick as well all out and that Bridgstone was all over the place in comparison)

thats weak!!! ive had worse!! pics are on here somewhere

I wouldn't worry about slicks till you're approacing low 13's or 12's.... If you even go that far.
You'll have to store them, drag them to the track as well.. etc.. |
My Goodyear Eagle GA's are more worn than your tires right now :x
