Default My husband and my car don't mix.

So last week my car got rear ended while my husband was driving. Today he calls me on his way home to tell me that he hit a deer. I'm waiting to see the damage. He'* waiting to file a police report. *sniffle* My poor car.

What a bummer... ever thought about disabling the airbag and putting a push bar on the front ??

If you had to get rid of one, which would it be?

(He doesn't read the board, does he?)

squish.

My passenger door doesn't open. The hood doesn't open. I have no lights. No clue about the engine. And now I am dealing with TWO insurance companies. Our adjuster is getting with us to look at the damage tomorrow. We are totally covered for this accident. We have great insurance people. Hmmmm....him or the car.....but I really like the car.

Yup. He was really lucky. Apparently the deer was really mangled. We've got a deer population problem around here, it makes for a lot of accidents. I'm just glad he wasn't hurt.

I hope it can be fixed. I'm not sure about the hunting laws around here. I know they can hunt them in certain places when it gets out of hand, but just in the country I have no idea.

Where I live deer are swarming like bugs. Hunters are going nuts right now considering its deer season....mmmmm, could sure go for some deer meat now!

I'm very sorry for your Bonnie though, I know the feeling...

Its just a good thing that your husband is ok though.
