After only a few months, one of my Cyber Whites burnt out. Can I buy a replacement bulb? If so, whats the # for it. I can't believe one burnt out already. And on top of it, they got water spots in the inside!!!

I believe it'* a standard H3 fog light bulb, but I'll defer to someone else for confirmation...
Regardless, if the bulbs have any sort of 'tint' on them (like the bulb looks blue or some other color) you might be stuck going back to the company for a bulb that will match your other light.

The water spots are probably why the blub burnt out so fast.... if there is water / moisture in the housing, I believe that could cause the blub to burn out faster.
if there are water spots you probably have a leak/crack somewhere. that'* what caused your light to burn out. a hot glass bulb that gets water on it is a no no........
i'd first try to track down a crack/leak. cuz ur just gonna keep blowing bulbs if water is getting inside the assembly.
also.....i think the stock bulbs are just plain 55watt h3s. but u can always upgrade to silverstar h3s (kinda expensive) or i recently bought pilot hyper white h3s (6.99 at autozone). i love the pilots......better than the silverstar h3s in my opinion!
good luck.....if nothing else u might need to spend the $40 and get a new set of cyberwhite assemblies
