Did you get the lower intake gaskets replaced too? My intakes and gaskets never failed, but I changed them as PM at 78,000. The upper was fine, but the lower gaskets were severly deformed. I'm convinced that if I was going to have a failure that it would have been as a result of worn lower intake gaskets.

if i remember correctly when i did mine they were in pretty decent condition for the mileage .... the LeSabre i did was much worse (probably b/c of the mileage).. but when i did all the jobs i bought a new intake and i got the new Gaskets as well..
