Not in Michigan.... if u rear end someone (no matter if they pulled infront of you, break checked you ect... the one who did the rear ending is always cited

If any cop ever cites me for rear ending someone when I had assured clear distance/right-away, well they'll be seeing me in court.

Hell last night on the way home from steves a lady rear ended my truck....(HEY steve it was the same lady that was on my *** the whole way therewas shocked when i saw her behind me again )Not a nick to my truck i got let go home after getting my info lol cop wrote her up for carless driving and failure to maintain a safe distance

You don't, the witnesses do though. People around can tell when somebody is brake checking somebody else.
