Yeah, all I know about Vectra'* is that they're slow as a mule, and that Jeremy Clarkson hates it.

Uh, that'* probably not an accurate statement. That'* like saying GM, or Ford, or Chrysler vehicles are slow. Too general and no basis in fact.

Believe me, I've watched enough top gear and played enough racing games to know that the Vectra is slow and sloppy. Saturn, you wanna interject here?

The Vectra isn't the finest handling car out there but its not bad by any means and I'm sure it'* no worse than a Bonneville of the same age - in fact the Vectra is probably more nimble.

The current Vectra shares a platform with the Pontiac G6 so if anyone has driven a G6 then that'* a good indication of what the Vectra is like to drive.

They're not all slow either. The 1.6 and 1.8 engine cars are slow, as are most of the diesels. The 2.0 and 2.2 aren't bad, and the V6s are quite quick.

i have owned this vectra since 2001 and i still get 110 mph out it on the motorway
and i have to say that that it would kill my bonneville on the narrow twisting roads where i live
