Default My Blue 92 was rear ended

My wife works over night with special needs children she was coming home the other morning when she had stopped at an intersection on a corner welol the poor Acura didn't stop or even slow the guy was looking left and preparing to blow the stop sign this guy looks forwards at the last min and hits the back of my Bonnie at around 35 mph HE TOTALED the Acura However the Bonni had only a cracked tail light tweaked trunk now and water is getting in the trunk when it rains , note this car runs like a dream has only 94,000 I thought it was 98,000 but it'* 94,000 the adjuster just left & because the water got in the trunk he wants to total the car All it needs is a trunk lid and tail lights and the crash bent the exaust and its a little louder, How do i get a car this good for the pittance of cash they are going to give us? There is so much life left in this car it'* a shame he has no idea what he is talking about . It would take me at least 5 grand to replace this car seriously Books only says between 1,500-2,000 Yet with all things considered , such as dependably, saftey , power , & the fact it runs sooo darn good. This guy rear ends us and we are the ones getting screwed !!!,

Also I do not want my wife in a tiny Ford focus or anything like that and we do not want payments . It looks like thats what we may have to do as she has to drive 70 miles a day to and fro work!! the Bonnie is perfect for this ride especially in the snow . she is a tank , climbs while all these other cars are sliding around the Bonnie chugs right along up hills 7"-9" of snow is no problem for the blue 92 she plows right through, she has totaled 2 foreign cars in her 19 years and Acura and a VW. Both attacked her and she came out on top both times while the others had to be towed away. The Blue 92 drove away

You can buy it back most times for 20% of its Value

Talk to your Agent and tell them you want the car

it will carry a VGA title but thats no big deal !!!

Yes he was 100% he even said it to the officer. We are.
My ins. company is going after them ,ours came out today to look at our car and all I needed is two tail lights a trunk lid and he totaled it . Prob. because it'* a 92 and he hasn't driven anything over 5 years old since he was 19. Some people have no clue. he kept on saying it is a 92 you know !! Yea & I bet it has less miles than your 2009 over there!
