mine was making a throbbing noise and vibration like a shot wheel/'hub bearing or catching drum brake
but it turned out to be struts...

I guess that our pontiacs have slightly stiffer suspension settings from the factory as opposed to a buick, both cars having FE1, but one being stiffer than the other... Slight spring and shock diffrences can make a diffrence... My friends Park Ave just rides tooooo smooth for me... Even he says its a little too soft for him...
