Which Model you own?
what an explanation.
Well I think Ill stick with Limited Edition, I like that one the best
O and just today, I found out somthing interesting, my car uses '89 parts, but as far as I know it is an '88. I found this out, when I tried to get a CAM sens0r replaced, and noticed that the part was to0 small for my '88. Then I went back, and tried inputing '89 into the computer at autozone, and the correct part came up. Either the c0mputer info is incorrect, or my info is wrong, either way, I s0rta like the idea of having a "newer" car, which brings me to my point: a while ago when you were asking me about which engine I had, you said that it was 0dd for an '88 to have the 3800, well mabey now its really an '89.
SSEi for me (left more then a few people seeing nothing but my tailights
) THis is awesome to see so many people into bonnevilles, I live near winnipeg and the only bonneville owners are old farts, Good to see so many people interested keep it up.
New member here ... '95 SSE which replaced my (much loved) '92 SSE.
95BonnevilleSESC - Wonderful summary of the model designations - thanks! Regarding current year Bonnevilles ... my dealer tells me that SLE is the only option between SE and SSEi. True/False?

The current models do only include SE, SLE, and SSEi. I am not sure when they discontinued the SSE--Does anyone else know? It may have been 1995-1996 switchover, 1996 being the first year the SLE officially replaced the SSE. Before 1996, the SLE was a package for the SE but not trim level in itself.
Will Wren is working on a timeline on his own homepage. Last I checked it wasn't completed yet, but it is a good sourse for information.
