Angry Maryland Inspection...

So I have a 97 PA and the first inspection I did said my rear shocks wear leaking, passenger sway bar link was busted, rack & pinion was busted and or leaking, and the car needed wheel bearings, driver said break line is leaking.... The dude who a purchased the car from works at a repair shop and so i took it back to him to fix. Shocks where not leaking, no break line was leaking, rack & pinion was fine, but the high pressure hose was leaking and replaced, and the wheel bearing were fixed and the sway bar link was fixed. Take it back to inspection place the gentleman who inspected the car is gone to Russia and they dont know when he will be back so they gave me back my inspection fee that I paid for. Went to another place They said that my front suspension is no good. and that all the on the head lights when the turn signal is on they should blink on the side (Not the yellow signal light but the actual head light that curves around the side of the front) and that my front control arms are busted (which passed on the first inspection I did at the 1st place)

Sorry for this being so long buttttttt

The suspension is fine....Original & old but its still a smooth ride none the less. I'm planning on relocating back to florida in less than 60 days...
Does anyone near the DMV have any tips on the inspections?

Have any tips on inspections? Like how to know what to look for? Yes, become very acquainted with the automobile system and Maryland inspection laws. Or if you have a friend that is fluent in automobile look your car over and then go with you during the inspection. May not always work, but if you can use the "show me" what'* broken, they will usually balk, which means nothing is wrong.

Kinda reminds me of this prank call a radio station did...
