I am just posting a friendly reminder from a guy who has changed way way to many fuel pumps...change your fuel filter!!! every car, truck, plane,RV whatever...if you dont know how old the filter is or you just bought it change the filter NOW! lol....every fuel pump job I have done had an incredibly rusty and dirty fuel filter on it.

agreed, its one of the first things i do..is check the fuel filter,pcv valve,plugs,wires and a few other things
actually i check most of that when i look at buying a vehicle
