A local guy has a 97 and has owned it since new. His is also doing it. I asked about a bike rack, boxes..any idea what could have caused it and he said nothing has ever been put on the spoiler. It'* a mystery.

Yes, his is also black.

When that happens it usually has something to do with the primer, which means you have to strip it all the way down. Have fun
