Default lol check out this supercharger

Most superchargers require extensive modification of your engine - including additional belts and pulleys which actually drain horsepower from your engine just to run (you've heard of this - it'* called inefficient.) All belt-driven superchargers need horsepower to run--sometimes as much as 20 percent of engine’* total. This is where an electric supercharger comes in - it requires no extensive modifications, and better yet - no belt to rob your engine of horsepower! This supercharger draws its 12 volts off the power that your alternator is already making!

How efficient can it be if it
Does not reduce air flow while not in use.
Just seems way too cheap looking and "mis informing" to me.

Repost. Yes this is a waste of money. There is no way an electric fan can compress enough air to make any kind of difference.

Oh boy that thing is back again. I remember it popped up on a W body forum a few years ago and I said it was crap then, and I still say it'* crap now. To me it would be like hooking up a hair dryer to an engine.

WOW, what a bunch of crooks. They should be slapped. Then again, if anyone is dumb enough to buy it they deserve it.
