Cuz the late 97+ Preludes run low to mid 15'*. Plus that he had a full car I would really highly doubt he beat it. I raced against a newer Prelude that had 3 people in it. All the Prelude had was intake & exhaust. I only had a passenger with me and lost.

Just because a car can do a XX.XX quarter mile doesnt mean thats what it does. There are a lot of negliegent drivers that could care less what shape their car is in.

Yea I am aware of that. The car is only as fast as its driver. But rarely ever do people in this forum say they lost. Plus how hard is it to race an automatic . Thats why I was asking if he knew what year Prelude it couldve been.

We have our fair share of loses, Bonneville drivers and not afraid to lose, but we (they) never back down from a challenge, thats what makes us so cool

I beat a loaded down Prelude once on the roll...but I lost to a NAZZZEd out V6 Accord...

I take my wins with pride and my loses as pride for trying

i would deffinetly admit if i lost, also we didnt race much past 45. it was holloween night and cops were everywhere. even the v-techs cant keep up with our torque off the line. i have driven many hondas and other imports, if they dont have the high performance engines that their car came with as a option they are quite slow. it would take a lot of mods to get to out 200hp level. plus i had 3 very small girls in my car and my even smaller friend, i wasnt all that heavy.

Great kill man. I have never raced a prelude, although we do have some around here where I live that are pretty riced out. The only honda car I have raced is a civic and I have beat two of those pretty badly. I was even thinking about getting an acura integra after my 90 bonnie kicked the bucket but i have always wanted a supercharged ssei bonnie so that'* what I am gonna get. It'* amazing how powerful these cars can be, even if there are more then 3 people in the car. Kill those hondas, even though some hondas can be ungodly quick when beefed up. My friend has a pretty nice 2001 accord with a 3.0 Vtec, K&N Typhoon Air Intake, cat back exhaust, the works, and it'* pretty damn quick. But he brags to much about it, so it makes it ugly. I can't wait to get my ssei and show him up. People don't respect real cars around here, there all for that import hugaboo which I don't really like, there bodies suck and when u get into a major accident, even if your wearing your seatbelt, your pretty lucky if you don't die, cause there bodies crumple up like tin foil. Anywayz, great kill.

I wouldnt call getting up to 45 mph a race. But whatever either way.
