Having A Bad Day
An acquaintance called and said his GMC Yukon Denali was making a noise in the front. Here'* what I found. He was driving like this, how I don't know.
Wow, it was still turning that way. Can see the backing plate still installed and witness marks around the rotor part of the rotor. "Rotor part of the rotor", not something I've had to say ever before.
Was your acquaintance complaining about the shrieking and grinding sounds? . . . or about how those sounds are being interrupted by a metal-on-metal clanging sound as the rotor bounced along on the inside of the rim? It looks like it hangs down far enough.
young kid. don't know him well. he probably was blasting the stereo so loud he couldn't hear it! LOL. (not judging, he just had the amps and giant subwoofers)
and you're right Mike, he doesn't take care of it. Honest to God I had to show him how to check his oil.
I watch a youtube channel called "customer states". It'* hilarious.
and all this kid said about it was it was making a noise.
pretty crazy stuff.
