Instead of just wire wheels on that and burning them up in a blink of a eye. What about trying some Mothers mag polish & some steel wool? (used to work great on my bike)

steel wool requiries... WORK!

like i said before.. im not using the dremel anymore.. the drill and wire wheels work great... i used some mag polish quick before i took that pic...

thanks for the idea of steel wool on the tight areas

It is a pulsation damper... When the injectors open/close, it sends pulses through the rail that can affect fueling. That little circle thing is like a shock absorber for fuel.

I dont think they can go bad. I think they changed to one of these in '99 and the '04+ still have them but they are built into the rail. I've heard they really don't help or do anything unless you are running bigger injectors.
