i've heard you can get an adapter to get those buttons to work but i'm not for sure

for aftermarket headunit use swix-pac but make sure the headunit you get has a remote control because thats how the module works (off of remote control beam command) it basically uses the steering wheel controls and makes it into the remote control beam that is then sent to the headunit making the commmand. search for it you can find it many places online.
