Interior lights are really easy to change....
If you are going for a different color inside, other then "white", I'd suggest rather then buying a whole bunch of colored bulbs, to simply buy a sheet of "gel".
Now they call it "gel" but it'* more like really really super thin plastic. It'* the type of thing they use to color strobe lights and such, and it can handle really high temps.
I bought a 1x1yard of it for $6 bucks (Cdn).
More then enough to do 5 Bonnevilles.
BTW.... my inside lighting is all red.

where can i find this "gel" of the gods? so u just slap it over ur stock lenses and it makes pretty colors? thats cool.would it work on headlights or are those temperatures a little too high?cause i dont know ne thing about Candadian dollars but that sounds cheap.but ur quarters suck for arcades!!!
thanks
thanks
Don't put ANYTHING on your headlight bulbs. They burn too hot, and you would ruin them. Even touching them with your fingers could cause them to burst when they heat up. Interior bulbs should be fine with the gel caps on them.
As for the "blue" headlights or xenon lights, they are available at most auto stores. But they usually run over 30$. I used to have Naxos bulbs which were really nice. The problem with xenon bulbs is that they use a lot of watts to power and can really heat up your headlamp assembly.

The store I got those at was switching from Street Glow to Lite Glow so I snagged a bunch of them at the time. I think I only paid 15$ a piece for for 2 15" and 4 10".
I put them behind the grill and under the seats, I have a nice purple theme going with the car.

Your best bet is to goto a DJ and/or visual effects people and ask them where they get their gels at. (That'* how I found TTE)
Then you just buy the "gel".... pop out your dome/courtsey/door lights, cut the proper patterns out, and then put the "gel" inside, between the light bulb and the cover.
Pretty damn simple :P (The hard part is finding the "gel", I spent weeks looking for a place that sold them, until I asked a DJ that used some strobe lights in his show)
For most of the lenes I used window tint film...20% red shade, works great for me and it maintained a stock look during the day.
Gel is good to, but sometimes harder to find. In other cases, I used 194Rs...the worked nicely
