Default Lidatek Laser Jammer Group Buy Info

(mods -- if this is against the rules please delete)

Just in case anyone is interested....

The BMW M5 message board is having a group buy on the Lidak LE-30, their newest laser jammer. It is not out yet -- it is due out at the end of the month.

Retail price is $359.99...we have about 190 people right now and need 10 more to get a 30% discount (we currently have a 25% discount).

This new jammer is software upgradeable. This is NOT the same jammer that Lidatek is selling right now (the LE-20).

I just thought I would pass this around -- a 30% discount is a great buy, especially if you have police that use laser in your area.

NOTE: If you sign up, you are IN...no backing out!

Here is a link with all the information.

This post is fine. Let'* just make sure it doesn't turn into a comparison of illegal driving habits

Actually, I read a couple issues back (in r&t, I can't remember) that laser jammers aka shifters are actually legal...no legislation has been passed banning them, as well as those deals that control stop lights.

It'd be neat to test both to see if they actually work...according to another article, radar jammers don't work very often.
