My labor day weekend mod was LIM/UIM repair on my SLE. APN kit + alum. gaskets, etc.... was more like $200 though. Off Topic: Hey Haro, any specific reason why you suggest the yellow coolant over the orange Prestone Extended Life? I was looking at that coolant but I remember everyone here saying to go Prestone EL, so I did. I just finished filling it and purging it a couple of hours ago. There isn't a need to switch it out, is there?

Yea, I saw the yellow jug, but I didn't buy it. I bought the grey jug with the orange coolant. It said it was extended life and was dex compatible. This way I figured if I didn't get all of the dex out then I would be ok. So, is this coolant ok?

You could punch a hole in the 180* thermostat. That would help keep the engine much cooler.

Agreed. Well worth it, even though this is a day late. +1 for the post count.

He never stated what he did.

$5 says he didn't do any mods and sat around and did nothing all day like I did

I worked on my car... That'* about it. Haro, your amp is so freaking awesome! But I digress. What I think he did is tire rotation and balancing. He can sit around and do nothing the whole day then.
