Which Kind of Supercharger Whine do you like the best?
Not sure how the gearing causes the sound, and that'* definately a long winded one for another thread.
IMO
M62 is a higher pitch
M90 I've called it a matured sound to the M62 (while having fun with my friends)
They both have distinct sound that can not be equal with any particular pulley size that I've found. I've also noted that the Gen V M90 is distinctly different from the Gen 3 M90. The Gen V is a higher pitch, and yet..not the same as the M62.
Edit..
Preference.. is M90 .. It does have a "next generation" sound.

Yes it was...

I damn near killed some poor high school kid with the whine alone. He was sitting on the fender of a pickup bed, and when I gunned it around them, he whipped around so hard he nearly fell out!
And there'* nothing better than gunning it through a tunnel and hearing that whine bounce around in there.
But I do still love the whine from my GenIII M90, and I can't wait to get the rotors swapped into the ported one that Billboost left with me, and see what kind of noise that one makes!
I am undecided! I like the sound of the M62 + FWI better than the Gen 3 M90, but after hearing Boosty'* Gen V I must say that I am now torn. One screams and the other one howls! So hard to decide now!
