Default just venting

woke up to a dead battery, must have been that 30 minutes i had the doors open with no radio on. I knew the battery was going sooner or later, i couldnt even listen to the radio with the car not running for more then 5 minutes. anyways, first time i ever bought a $138 battery.I got it from napa, so i just had to vent a little.

Actually due to the venting...that'* why the battery is so expensive.

My underhood battery runs much cheaper.

I am not by any means an expert but shouldn't your interior lights turn off after 5 to 10 minutes when the door or trunk is left open? Mine do on my 04SLE.

I just got a new one from the warranty exchange. it was set to expire this month, they tested it, bad, gave me a new one. I don't think that is a bad deal.

Who is venting here..lol the poster or us? hehe

Swap in one Optima and end up changing all 3 battery cables while screaming about a lean bank code.
