Ah! Mould = Not good.
Maybe you should keep the carpet pulled up for now, DJ so air can circulate at least.
We can see how tightly the door seals are fitting on the bottom of your door frames, how about where the sharp "points" are in the door frame? Could the seals have shrunk and pulled away from those tighter bends?
The front door seals for my car were completely pulled away from the fender side. I didn't notice until I opened my door and stuck my head between the open door and the fender to take a good gander.

All of my seals pulled away from the tighter bends in the rear doors, so I re-applied and made a gap at the bottom of the door frame, then filled that with a piece from the junk yard.

BTW I like the SSEi kick plates! Where could I find a set of those?

Aftermarket sunroof? Can you go back to the installer, maybe they can shed some light on how the drain tubes were run.
That'* a whole lot of ice collecting in your door jam. Certainly a drain must have let go?

Moisture collectors are located on the 2 rear oh **** handle garmet hangers and 1 hanging from the rearview mirror.

The passanger side backseat floor is soaked.

The seals seem to look fine on the top portion. No cracks and it'* NOT pulling away from the dorr jams.

I didn't see any seperation at any other part of the seals.

I still have the original information on where the sunroof was installed. It includes a lifetime warranty. SO, if something is wrong there, I'll have them take care of it. But, I'm not sure if it'* a sunroof issue.

The kickplates are custom. Just SSEi badges installed over the OEM kickplates. 1993_SLE has done a similar thing, but with different badges. That is where I got the idea.

Can you lower your headliner a bit to take a look in there and see what'* going on?
You will have to remove the holy sh*t handles to get a look.
I had a big problem, similar to yours, and it was due to unplugged rear sunroof drain tubes.
The water leaked into my headliner, then rode down the door channel and collected on the rear floor pans.
I wondered why my headliner had what appeared to be salt stains. Now I know!

Yours, being aftermarket, could be routed a bit different, but no doubt the idea is the same.

Here are some pics I took during my fiasco:

Take it to the sunroof people, tell them it isn't draining right. Hopefully they'll find the problem and maybe even fix it.
