Good rule of thumb. Most fireworks are set off on the street. Debris falls. Gravity sucks.

Move your cars in the garage, into the driveway, off the street, or in some other safe place for the evening of the 4th.

I don't have to worry. Fireworks are illegal here, and as soon as any go off, the cops are called by someone.












(For anyone that doesn't know, I have a confirmed phobia of fireworks, guns and explosives). It'* not funny. :( I get teased a shitload about it and I hate that I get teased.

We used to have a drug dealer blow off expensive fireworks near our old house. They were great but you'd have to cover your head after a sec or two or risk burnt hair or scalp.

A tree blocks most of my driveway, and so far it'* been ok as the neighborhood kids have been setting crap off for a few days now.

I feel bad for those that live in the Eastpointe/Warren, Michigan, and surrounding areas on the 4th. lol
