I was rear ended today by a newer Dodge Stratus. Fortunately it did NO damage to my bonneville. The guy was really apologetic and he is SOOOOO lucky it didn't hurt my car. If this would've happened yesterday I might have knocked his block off but I had a good day today.

wow you are number 2 or 3 that have gotten rear ended this week.
How hard did he hit you?
It is quite amazing to me how the H-Body bumpers hold up compared to some of GM'* other plastic bumpers these days.

Big GM sedans in general hold up to rear impacts pretty good, my car has that intelligent foam stuff in the bumper, it can withstand 10-15 mph hits and pop back out.
What you want is 40mph 1989-1992 Toyota Cressida bumpers. Guy slammed into a red-light runner whlist turning left at 35mph.
What damage?
(the other car was a writeoff)
Bonneville bumpers are tough too, but I've got a crack in me front bumper cover :(
