Being that I can't get there from here. Does this affect only L36'*?

But I saw in the earlier (Jan. 2005) thread that some thought it affected L67'* too. From the text of the recall, I get the impression that the FPRs for those years were not all from the same source (Delphi) and may not have affected every vehicle.

EDIT: OK, looked it up on GMPD. Assuming they have the P/Ns correct, the L67 uses a different P/N than the L36. In fact there are two different P/Ns listed for the N/A too:

I'd like to point out publicly (even though it'* slightly off-topic) that this is what these Gearheads do every day. Long-term issues and difficult problems are constantly being discussed in the Gearhead Forum (which only they and the Admins/Mods can see).

yes, it is a recall, and no, it wouldnt hurt to take a visit to your local dealer

You can also call the dealer, ask for the Service Manager, and have him run your VIN. They have to keep a record at GM of the VIN of each car that recieves recall work.
