I'm sew surprised... Unveiled
I just got back from visiting a buddy in CT. He has a screen printing business and also does embroidery as well. He'* going to embroider something similar to the logo below on the visor covers:

Unfortunately, it'* in B & W. The "SSEi" is in green surrounded by a gold outline and the "supercharged" is black with a gold border. It'* going to take a week or so for a tape to be made for the pattern so the visors won't be 100% complete until then.
I can't wait!

I did mention the forum to him and we talked about copywrite infringement for about 15 minutes. I'm sure we can get away with a couple but I don't think mass producing can be done without liscensing from GM.
It'* finally here!
Tonight I picked up the visor covers from my buddy. I'm very pleased with the outcome although there are some minor blemishes. The logo on the passenger'* cover is not quite square with the edge and the letters on the driver'* cover are slightly curved. He told me that the material was not too easy to work with because it stretches more in one direction than the other.
Below are some pics of the finished driver'* side including a new secondary visor. The mirror recieved a fresh coat of SEM paint as well. I'll try to update with some actuall in-car pics tomorrow.
*EDIT*
The visor recover tutorial is complete now but not finished. I intend on adding instructions for the secondary visors as well as a small photo galery (as if there is not enough already).
